Now that you have empathized with your own experience and defined what you want to improve, it's time to come up with ideas! Stevenson (M.Ed.) continues the Design Process by covering the Ideate phase, or creating ideas. What are ALL of the potential ways you could reach your objective?

Stevenson (M.Ed.) continues the Design Thinking process by using the data you collected in the Empathize phase (through the Log & Map) to:

1. Define what is important to you

2. Define areas in which you want to improve

3. Define what you want from that area

PICK AN AREA IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU WANT TO IMPROVE AND DEFINE WHAT YOU WANT.

Life Design 02 - Empathy (WHAT IS YOUR LIFE?)

Stevenson (M.Ed) begins the Design Process by discussing what it means to empathize with ourselves from the design perspective: WHAT do you do and WHEN do you it?

The "Day in the Life Log" and "Life Map" are introduced for us to collect data and critically analyze our actions which, in the end, make up our lives.
