Bad things happen. It is what it is. But when you really think about these two statements, perhaps we can reduce or remove suffering... at least, that's what Mr. Buddha says.
This week Stevenson dives into wisdom of Buddhism and considers what your average person can take from the religion/philosophy (it's complicated).
In the end, you only suffer because you have expectations... woah.
